How do I recognize my display?

In the Astra G and Frontera B we can meet different variants of installed displays. Most often these are:

Display TID

Basic version of the display. It only displays the clock, time, and radio/date information. It does not have control on the wiper lever. It has a 12-pin connector.

Display MID

The most common is the standard version without EHT control (electric heating). Displays all measuring and control functions. It has control on the wiper lever and a 32-pin connector. It is the most widely used variant in the Astra G and Frontera B.

Display MID with EHT

Relatively little used variant with EHT control (electric heating). Displays all measuring and control functions. It has control on the wiper lever and a 32-pin connector.

Display MID – Limited features

Little-used variant. Displays only the vehicle’s range. However, it is usually a standard MID (or MID with EHT) that has been programmed from the factory. It does not have control on the wiper lever. It has a 32-pin connector, but often not all the necessary wires are installed for the full function of the on-board computer.
It can occur in two versions:
- Displays only the range of the vehicle
- Displays vehicle range and controls EHT

Can the on-board computer be installed on my vehicle?

The on-board computer can be installed on each Astra G or Frontera B vehicle. The complexity of the installation is given by the current vehicle display. When there is a MID display in the car (32-pin gray connector, control on the wiper lever), only replacement is performed. No wiring adjustments are performed.

Is the on-board computer compatible with my MID display?

Does the on-board computer support radio display?

Can the on-board computer be installed on the OPEL CORSA C vehicle?

Installation on car Corsa C has several restrictions. The vehicle must have a gasoline atmospheric engine because the measurement is carried out by the optocoule on the injection valve.
