Returning the Goods
You can withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason in accordance with the law on consumer protection when selling on online stores (e-shop), within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The goods must be undamaged and unused.
- It must be placed in the original or similar antistatic packaging, which protects the device from electrostatic charge.
- In the case returning of the on-board computer (MID Basic/Extended version), the protective film must not be removed from the display, nor must it be removed and re-attached. After removing the protective film, it is no longer possible to sell the goods as new. If the protective film is removed, the goods can be returned, but the price will be reduced by CZK 300 or the equivalent of the currency in which the order was paid for.
A form for withdrawing from the purchase contract for a refund of the purchase price is available to download here. The price of the returned goods (possibly reduced according to the above conditions) will be transferred to your account without delay (no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods). If you paid online in advance with your card, the money will be returned to this payment card.
Goods Returning Procedure
- Fill out the form for withdrawing from the purchase contract.
- Wrap the goods together with the form properly in a protective anti-impact film and place them in the original shipping package or shipping package of a similar size.

- Inform us about returning the goods and sending them to our e-mail address veramon@veramon.eu.
- After the delivery of the shipment, it will be processed, and we will inform you within 14 days.
